Order Processing
Orders are generally packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During launches, sales, restocks and other busy periods, please allow a little extra time for us to carefully prepare your order.
Australian Shipping
We currently ship Australia-wide.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- Standard Shipping: approximately 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: approximately 1–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, particularly for rural and remote areas.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive shipping confirmation with your tracking information. Please allow some time for tracking to update after your parcel has been lodged.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your delivery details before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed or dispatched.
Lost, Delayed or Stolen Parcels
Once your parcel has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery delays may be outside our control. If your parcel appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you with the carrier.
Comfy Pyjama Cove is not responsible for parcels that are stolen after being confirmed as delivered to the address provided.
Pre-Orders
If an item is listed as a pre-order, the estimated dispatch timeframe will be stated on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, they may be shipped together once all items are available unless otherwise stated.
